If you need to register. Enter your shipping information during the purchase process. Buying in our shop is very simple: you just have to navigate through our website using the menu at the top, choose an article, add it to the basket by clicking on the shopping cart icon and process the order indicating the payment method you prefer. After completing the operation, you will receive a confirmation of purchase to your email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Credit\/debit card: During the payment process, all data exchange will be carried out in encrypted form through the CAIXA bank platform. Perruche.es will never receive your credit card details, as it is the bank that processes the payment and notifies us of the completion of the operation. Remember that the entire process is carried out through a secure payment platform.<\/p>

Paypal: If you are a paypal user, you can easily make your payment through their secure payment platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The articles will be delivered as soon as possible, the indication that appears next to the description of each article serving as a guideline. The agency does not serve on weekends, i.e. orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays are not delivered to the transport agency until Monday, so the delivery time will not start to run until then.<\/p>

Also, we remind you that until we confirm by email that your order has left our shop, the delivery times indicated do not begin to count.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

IMPORTANT: You must check, before the carrier leaves, that the package is in perfect condition. If you see any damage to the packaging, or if it is stained by product spillage, make a note of it on the receipt that the agency will give you to sign. If you notice any incident when you open the package, please contact us at informacion@perruche.es within 12 hours of receiving the package, so that we can make a complaint to the transport agency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Can I return a product if I regret having bought it?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yes, you will have 14 calendar days to return it from the date of delivery. We will reimburse you for the amount of the item once we have received it and checked it. You will have to pay the shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be paid. We will send our transport agency to pick up the package at the address you indicate.<\/p>

NOTICE: Returned items must be in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging and with the product sealed.<\/p>

Shipping 72 hours:<\/strong> We will ship your order within 72 hours after we confirm the shipment (Shipping Spain Peninsula and Portugal).<\/p>

Shipping 5 days:<\/strong> We will ship your order within 5 days after we confirm the shipment (Shipments rest of Europe).<\/p>

IMPORTANT:<\/strong> When filling in your order please provide an address where you are likely to be to meet the courier. If you are not normally at that address you can put an alternative address if you wish. We will not use this address for any purpose other than the delivery of the parcel. The agency will not deliver to any other place than the one you indicate when you fill in the order.<\/p>

Please check your address and postcode carefully. If the delivery address is incorrect, the agency may charge you a supplement which MUST BE PAID BY YOU on collection of the parcel.<\/p>

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the agency will leave you a notice to arrange a delivery. If they arrange a delivery and you are not at home, you will have to pick up the package at the office that corresponds to you or PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE for a new delivery.<\/p>

Shipments to the Balearic Islands<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

If you are from the Balearic Islands you can also place your order through our website. The cost of postage for deliveries to the Balearic Islands will depend on the weight of the products chosen and the \u201cFlat Rate\u201d option cannot be applied. Once you have chosen the products you wish to buy, during the order confirmation process the system will inform you of the shipping cost. Deliveries to the Minor Islands can sometimes take a little more than 72 hours.<\/p>

Shipping Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

If you are from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you can also place your order through our website.
